MARLEY DBLUE® ACOUSTIC SANITARY SYSTEM
1
GENERAL

If you have pre-customised this work section using the "questions and answers" provided as part of the downloading process, it may be necessary to amend some clauses to suit the final project-specific version.

The section must still be checked and customised to suit the project being specified, by removing any other irrelevant details and adding project-specific details and selections.

This section relates to Marley dBlue® acoustic soil and waste system, a gravity flow sanitary system, for residential and commercial use.

Also suitable for internal stormwater downpipe systems in commercial and high density residential applications.  Unsuitable for external use.

It includes:

Also suitable for applications where disposal of continuous hot waste up to 90°C is required, such as commercial kitchens.

Modify or extend the above description to suit the project being specified.

Written for a combined foul and grey water.

Some industrial effluent may need to be specified separately.

This section is not intended for vacuum drainage systems.

Provide additional project-specific clauses for specialty installations (healthcare facilities).

Note;  This section (without Q&A) is written to allow the use of either NZBC G13/AS1 or NZBC G13/AS3.  NZBC G13/AS3 allows the use of AS/NZS 3500.2 (modified) as an Acceptable Solution.  For buildings/systems over 3 storeys and/or specialised systems (ie. hospitals, labs etc) NZBC G13/AS3 (or NZBC G13 VM1) must be used.
