NZAMS

The NZ Asset Management Schema provides a standard structure for asset owners, designers, builders, and operators to create and collect information.

It is elementally based structure that asset owners to define the requirements and share these requirements with design and construction teams.

The Schema allows asset owners to define their Project Information Model in the BIM Execution Plan creating a framework that allows relevant information to be collected through the design to construction process providing for the Asset Information Model to be extracted from this at project handover.
