Properties Selector

The Properties Selector is a toolset under development by Masterspec.  It will allow users to interact with key national and international metadata schemas to create an information set to meet their requirements.

The dataset can then be output in PDF, Excel, or Revit Shared parameter format for us in their processes.

The standards made available in the tool will be:

  • Open BIM Object standard
  • NZ Asset Metadata schema
  • IFC
  • COBie
