Subscribing to MasterKey

MasterKey is available on a subscription basis with a one-time setup fee and a subscription fee, which can be paid annually or monthly. The subscription pricing is tailored to the size of your practice.

Important: To access MasterKey, your practice must have a current Masterspec subscription, and each user must have a personal Masterspec user profile and password. If your practice does not have a Masterspec subscription, please follow the sign-up links at the bottom of this page.

*MasterKey is compatible with Masterspec Basic or higher but is not available for Masterspec Minor.

Fees are excluding GST and are priced separately to any Masterspec system subscriptions you may already have.

The Licence is based on...

  • The number of practice principals, managers, or owners, plus
  • The number of design and documentation staff (permanent, part-time, or on contract) at the time of application and then annually, regardless of their location.

Note: It is the subscriber’s responsibility to inform Masterspec of any staffing changes that might affect subscription levels.

Getting Started

Existing Masterspec Subscriber:
  • Login to your account
  • Then visit the Price Calculator page and select "Existing Customer."
  • Key in your number of offices and staff size.
  • Under "You'd like pricing for..." add MasterKey.
  • Click "Subscribe" and complete your practice details.
  • Choose your preferred payment option (lump sum or monthly) and submit.
  • A new Masterspec Contract including your MasterKey subscription will be generated.
  • Return the signed agreement and payment preference to gen@masterspec.co.nz

  • Register for a free Masterspec User account.
  • Get a quote for a combined MasterKey and Masterspec library subscription.
  • Contact us for additional assistance.

Payment

Payment is accepted by cheque or direct debit. For internet banking, please email gen@masterspec.co.nz for banking details. If paying monthly, complete the direct debit authority, sign it, and post it to us. Once payment is confirmed, we will email you the download link for the MasterKey Revit installer or notify you when your subscription is activated on ArchiCAD.
