CBI materials may be downloaded, copied and used for in-house use to assist the classification and coding of construction information and documentation. CBI must not be offered for sale, rent, lease, or for any other commercial purposes without the prior written consent from the copyright holder.

Construction Information Limited (CIL) holds the copyright to all forms of the CBI materials, documents and programmes. You may not reproduce or distribute the CBI materials, documents or programmes in any form, including the bundling with any product or software which is offered for sale or made available to other parties, without the prior written consent of CIL.

The CBI documents and programmes are made available on the basis that the copyright holder, Construction Information Limited (CIL) will not be held responsible in any way for its use. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CIL be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the CBI documents or programmes, even if CIL has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
