Link Renumbering Clauses

These instructions relate to using Masterspec Link with the Masterspec Standard, Structural & Civil, Services, Landscapes, Basic and Interiors Libraries. Link operates slightly differently with Masterspec Minor Residential - seperate instructions are at the bottom of the navigation.

Renumbering Clauses

Once clauses are added or deleted clause numbering is no longer consecutive. To rectify this run the Renumber Clauses Consecutively macro under the Masterspec tab in Word. It can be run as often as required and at anytime of the customising process.

There is no undo for this macro, so save your document first before running it.

After running the macro, if there are any clauses that have not been renumbered properly check the style of the clause title and clause body as described under adding a clause in Editing clauses.
